For me this product did nothing. I took it as directed but there was no change with anything. As with all products they aren't for everyone so just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean you shouldn't give it a try!

Promensil Changed My Life!

Promensil Peri-Menopause supplements totally helped me for the better! I've been going thru peri menopause for about 3 months now and this not only helped with my hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings, it also helped with stress, disrupted sleep and hormonal imbalances. It helped but...

I found that this helped but not by much. There is simply not enough of the natural herbs to truly make a difference. I only noticed improvements in my perimenopausal symptoms towards the end of completing the 30-day supply. If you are experiencing truly symptoms very harshly, like myself, natural supplements may not be the best solution. I need something with extra strength levels.

I Really Felt a Difference

I’m at that stage of life where people don’t really tell you about perimenopause. I just turned 40 and I am definitely seeing and feeling effects of this stage of life. I was happy to get the opportunity to try this product in exchange for my honest review. I really like that. This is for healthy hair, skin and nails, but also help support various unpleasant symptoms of this stage of life. I found that the size of the plant based supplement was easy to ingest. I also found that there was no unpleasant aftertaste. I also feel like it did help with effects of hormone imbalance and stress. I would highly recommend this product.

Helpful for Moods

I received Promensil in exchange for my honest review.
I've been suffering from irritability, mood swings, fatigue and brain fogginess since I had my daughter nearly 4 years ago. Since starting the Promensil, I have noticed my irritability has slightly decreased but the biggest change I've noticed is the brain fog has lifted and I also have sustained energy throughout the day. I haven't been finding myself reaching for that caffeine at 2 in the afternoon - the sustained energy is the biggest takeaway I have from this. I can't say that I've been having any sort of day sweats or night sweats. I sweat at night because I like to bundle up so I don't think it has anything to do with my hormones so it didn't help things like that for me. I am only 40 but we all go through these changes at different times in our lives and it's really helpful to have a supplement to support us during these changes. These were easy to add into my supplement routine and I appreciate that they are free from hormones and 100% plant-based.

Not sure yet

So far I haven’t been impressed by this product. Due to my age I have noticed I have trouble sleeping, my concentration and overall energy are down. I don’t feel any change after taking for 4 weeks but will certainly give it more time and adjust my review accordingly. I did read other reviews where women stated it took about two months of consistent used to see a difference.

Not sure

I received this product free from Butterly I'm not sure if it's working or not but it did make my hot flashes go away not so many anymore or maybe I just haven't notice might have to buy more. I feel like this product worked but I can say my hair,skin and nail I can tell with that but symptoms yes and no my hormones still feel off but everything else worked for me.

Finally a solution that ACTUALLY helps.

I have been using Promensil Perimenopause for about a month now and I can honestly say that I have noticed a difference. I supplement a day and it helps minimize perimenopause symptoms.
