Great for skin and nails but that's about it.

I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately I didn't live up to them. It definitely does help with your hair, skin and nails which I appreciate. But, as for the hot flashes, night sweats, hormonal imbalance, mood changes, stress, and disrupted sleep it doesn't help. It actually made my sleep worse and my stress higher unfortunately. It also made my stomach upset when I took it even though I followed the directions exactly. I hope this works for other people because I've been looking for something to help with all these symptoms and I know others out there are looking for something as well. Unfortunately, it just didn't work for me, but I hope it works for others!

A Perimenopause Wonder

Since starting perimenopause, I have had non stop bleeding, for up to a year and a half straight and nothing worked to stop it. I tried hormone pills, implants, and the like, but no results. I decided to give natural remedies a try and this product was one of my choices to try to gain some control of my health.
