Need to try it longer

To be honest I noticed no difference. Might be due to the box even saying it takes longer than 30 days to even notice a difference. I also was traveling for work so maybe that was why but i feel like 30 days is not long enough.

Soothes the savage beast...

I needed this in my life! I had NO idea what was wrong with me when sudden bouts of rage and hot flashes suddenly started occurring. My poor family... Then I received the Promensil Perimenopause. Game changer!!!!! I would lash out at people I love and internally realize I was being crazy! After a couple weeks on the Promensil, those urges to bite at people and the hot flashes really subsided. I took this product as a sample and review promo and honestly it did nothing noticeable for me as far as peri/menopause symptoms go. No adverse side effects but just no help. For the price especially I’d not consider continuing it.

Works nicely

These supplements seem to be helping with some of my perimenopause symptoms like sleep and my hair is growing nicely. I haven’t noticed anything with weight affected yet though.
