Premenopause

Tried this for a month and had some side effects. Made me sick to stomach and headaches. But it did help some. I just don't like the side effects that come with it.

Relief is one red pill a day 😌

Week 1 : I didn't immediately see any relief ,that was noticeable . Love the compact packaging. Upon taking the first pill I did notice a very subtle taste to the pill . Noting , that it was neither pleasant or unpleasant but present nonetheless.
Week 2 : This is when I started noticing a change in the severity of sweats . I also at this point became accustomed to the taste I noted in Week 1 . Also , I noticed a decreased in mood swings .
Week 3 : Never felt better ! The taste is not an issue . I am sleeping better . My appetite is returning to normal . I tend to be nit picky about food . Also , I am seeing a drastic improvement in overall mood.
Week 4 : Last week. Kinda sad I'm almost out of promensil, but definitely open to making it part of my daily essentials. I feel more energized and feel GREAT! THANKS BUTTERLY!

Some improvement

I am 44 years old and have been having perimenopause symptoms for several years now. I have been taking Promensil for roughly three weeks so not long enough yet to really tell the full effect of the tablets, so I am definitely still having uncomfortable symptoms--frequent, painful periods even while on medication to stop periods is one of them. Hot flashes, night sweats, numb extremities, dizziness, sleeplessness...the list feels endless. One thing though I have noticed a marked improvement on is I would randomly get intense, painful face flushing. It would feel like a sunburn and one or both cheeks would turn very bright red for hours on end. It was so uncomfortable. But theyve completely stopped since I started Promensil which is enough reason to keep taking it for me, and I would likely buy it. I definitely will be recommending it to others.

This really works! I like that's its ingredients are natural and safe too. I've noticed less hot flashes & bouts of irritability while taking this product and I couldn't be happier with losing a fee pounds as well. Helps with hot flashes

I hate to admit it you know but I have had perimenopausal symptoms for the past couple of years. Before starting the supplement I would have hot flashes every night starting around 7:30 p.m. They seemed to last forever but probably just until later in the evening.
After using this product for a couple of weeks I noticed a significant decrease in the hot flashes and improvements in the appearance of my hair skin and nails.
I also noticed the decrease in my night sweats which is very important to me because I would wake up rather damp everyday.
I definitely recommend trying this product if you're looking for a natural way to treat the symptoms of perimenopause.

Must Have!

I had been experiencing symptoms of menopause or pre-menopausal symptoms. The hot flashes were driving me crazy. But after using this product for about a week…I noticed they were getting less and less. I haven’t experienced one in weeks now.
