I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm glad I got to try this product. I've noticed a difference in my mood for sure, and I don't have as many hot flashes as I did when I wasn't taking these pills. My hair seems healthier too. I've noticed it's not falling out as much after my showers. Totally recommend!

Strong and Long

Three words: stronger, faster-growing nails. That's the most noticeable effect I've had with Promensil so far. A Balancing Boost to Your Female Supplements

Promensil Peri Menopause + Healthy Hair, Skin, & Nails daily supplement provided a noticeable relief from my day to day period menopause symptoms. I also noticed less breakage in my hair brush and the tips of my nails have had less flaking or weakness. I have even thought about going back to my natural nails and foregoing my shellac polish.

Healthy nails indeed

Promensil Perimenopause +Healthy hair, Skin & Nails has been wonderful for hot flashes , night flashes, mood swings, stress, and fingernails. I take one each morning with a little snack and it does have a very slight burp-up taste. I do like the passionfruit extract paired with biotin, red clover, and Vitamin D since they compliment each other. Red clover kicks the menopause symptoms while biotin promotes hair, skin, nail health. My nails were splitting and breaking off before use of these. Now, my nails are beautiful, thick, and no splitting. I look forward to taking them knowing every symptom is getting better. I highly recommend these and they are a staple in my home!

I am unsure that I received any relief from menopause symptoms. I took the 2 pills a day but noticed no reduction in menopause symptoms. I would recommend it however.

Helps to control my symptoms

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Promensil has really helped me cope with some of my perimenopause symptoms nicely. These tablets are coated so that they are easy to take. I have been taking these with my lunch each day. The key to success here is regular use. I have already noticed that I am not running as warm as I used to. This was my biggest challenge before. Also, I am definitely sleeping better. This is such a great help for me in this stage of my life!
