I've only taken this for a month and the packaging said you will notice results after six to eight weeks. I haven't noticed any huge benefits and the price is a bit high so I plan on taking it for one more month and then I'll make a final decision.

Not good

Gave me super bad hot flashes at night when I took it during the day and I didnt end up finishing taking it after 4 days of awful hot flashes and headachds

Works Great

I was skeptical when I first tried these thinking they would not help- just like other supplements I have taken but these did!! They helped manage some of my symptoms so it wasn't as overwhelming. My night sweats and hot flashes were to the point I felt ill. Now I don't have hardly any night sweats and my hot flashes are shorter in just a month of taking them. great packaging

I am in the beginning phase of my Perimenopause and recently I have noticed night sweats, anxiety and waking up in the middle of the night. so when i got the opportunity to try this promensil for free it excited me. I have only been using this for 1 month but i did notice i had less anxiety and had some less sleepless nights. I also like the fact that these pills were packaged for safety and you just need to pop them out daily. I think if I take them for a longer period of time they could be more effective for my needs

Works well

weeks now and am seeing a difference in the hot flashes I am experiencing. Overall, my body temperature seems better regulated. The pills are easy to swallow. The only downside I have experienced is that these do not taste good. However that's just my personal preference.
