I had NO hot flashes!

I have been using Promensil, i was selected for a free sample and i'm so glad I did because this stuff stopped my hot flashes! I've literally not had a hot flash since i've been taking this every day. I can't speak on irritability.I feel like it's helped, but I asked to suffer from a d h d which triggers my irritability as well.... Just for the hot flashes alone I will be buying this again.That is a godsend for me!!! I will be buying this myself and continuing to use it on my own.Most definitely!

No difference

After using this for a month I've honestly not seen a difference in my symptoms. I'm not sure if I need more time on it to see any real results, but after 30 days of nothing, I don't want to waste money on more.

Not bad

I received Promensil Perimenopause for free to try and I didn't really notice a difference I still sweat like crazy on and off for no reason. I added with all my morning vitamins but overall I didn't notice anything.

Easy to take

These perimenopause supplements are pretty easy to take, if a tiny bit on the big side. I do kind of wish they had a gel coating but I didn't have any trouble swallowing them.

This promensil is amazing it helps alot with my hot flashes, night sweats, some of my mood swings, it has helped me with my disruption with my sleep. I like its plant base and it's hormone free.

Pretty Good

I had no negative side effects from the product therefore I would say it is a decent medication. On the other hand, I did not really see any change in my restlessness, sleeping or hot flashes, maybe it is too soon for me and I am not at this stage. I just did not see any change either way.
