I wanted to try this product because, I started getting hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings.
I took Promensil hoping it would help calm my hot flashes and give me a little more balance.
By Day 3, I noticed my night sweats were slightly less often or intense, but I wasn’t waking up drenched. I wasn't as snappy and felt more emotionally balanced. That was week 1.No side effects so far. Promensil felt gentle.

By the second week, I saw a nice difference.

It works

This takes a little while of using it before you notice any results. I used it for about a month before I noticed anything at all. I have used it now for about 2 months and I notice it everyday. I love it. I highly recommend this product. My hair is thicker and it is growing again. I don’t have as many hot flashes. I actually just feel better overall. It does take a while for you to notice any kind of difference but once you do start to notice you are going to live for this product just like I do.

Helps with hot flashes

I like that fact that these Perimenopause Supplements for Women are a natural alternative to pharmaceuticals. I have been using these pills for a few weeks now and am seeing a difference in the hot flashes I am experiencing. Overall, my body temperature seems better regulated. No Change in symptoms

After taking the product for a month I did not notice any improvement with my symptoms. I still had fatigue with inability to sleep, headaches, hot flashes, and high anxiety. Unfortunately, I didn't see any changes with these. I did not have any adverse side effects to the supplement which was great.

This supplement helped quell my night sweats after using it for 3 days. It was amazing. I'm so appreciative & am continuing to take it daily.
I've been taking this for a month now and I am starting to have results even my husband has noticenoticed. Natural alternative to prescription medications

Natural supplements are my go to. I really do not like taking prescription medications unless it is absolutely necessary. So, if supplements can help me, even just a little, I'm willing to give them a try first!

I am in my early 40's and my hormones seem to be all over the place. Some days I feel great, other days it is a chore just to get motivated to do much of anything. My joints hurt, my mood swings are all over the place, my weight is the highest it has ever been and the fatigue can get overwhelming at times.

Each package contains 30 tablets. The serving size is 1 tablet per day. 1 box = 1 month supply.

Typically, I tend to avoid tablets because they seem to make me queasier than any other form of supplement. To combat pesky perimenopause symptoms, I was still willing to give them a try!

I didn't detect any unpleasant smell or taste. For tablets, they were still easy to swallow and didn't feel like they were getting stuck in my throat.

I like the combination of vitamins that are included in this supplement. (red clover extract, passionflower, biotin, and vitamin D) Red clover extract is well known for its hormone support benefits.

When I first started taking these, they did make me a little queasy. Over time, that seemed to gradually reduce.

It's been one month since I started taking these. No noticeable results yet but I will continue taking them as I know it can be weeks, if not months, before you start seeing results. It even says right on the package that it may take 6-8 weeks to see results. So, if you are looking for a quick fix, this definitely isn't it!

Not a good supplement

I tried this supplement daily but it didn't work . Perhaps only having a 1 month supply wasn't enough but i felt no change. Im thinking they should supply a longer amount for a more accurate review
