I'm almost 40 years old and have been feeling pre-menopausal, so I was excited to try Promensil Peri Menopause + Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails. It took a few weeks to notice a difference, but I found that I was able to sleep better than usual, and my hot flashes became more tolerable. Previously, I had been experiencing hot flashes day and night, so not having to get up throughout the night to adjust the temperature from normal to cold with a fan was a huge relief. I also felt more rested and didn’t wake up as tired as I did before taking Promensil.

Works Well Enough

I received this product for free to test from Butterfly and while it seemed to help improve my symptoms slightly I didn't have enough time to adequately test its effectiveness. If the price is right, I may buy it to continue trying the product to see if it indeed helps.
