I tried this recipe when my children came home for the holidays and everyone loved it. It was so easy to do and had a wonderful flavor and the McCain Lattice Cut Fries were such a nice change from using taco chips. It made everyone think of a different version of a poutine with a little taste of spice.

I made this recipe just the other day for friends. It received rave comments and finger licking results. Our friends couldn't stop eating these nachos and kept begging me to make more. This recipe is on my absolutely make again list. With Super Bowl coming up, I will be adding this recipe to our array of finger foods.

These were amazing didnt used the coleslaw but added sharp cheddar and jalpenos and it was superdelicious
