Good colour but left my lips feeling dry

I was really excited to try the Revlon Kiss Cushion Lip Tint. I chose the shade Pink Irl (or rather my 4 year old daughter chose it for me) and it looked really good on. I was afraid it would look bubble gum pink but it wasn't too bright. I struggle quite a bit to get the tint to come up to the "sponge". The arrows were pointing to turn one way, but the casing wouldn't turn that way at all. It took me a few minutes to be able to get it too work. It did say that it had some coconut oil in it to help moisturize your lips, but it actually left my lips pretty dry. Overall, I did enjoy it, and I would be interested in trying other shades.

Shade: Wine Trip

This lip tint is great! It comes in 10 different shades and is reasonable priced. I chose the shade, ‘Wine Trip’🍷. It has a soft plush tip, and has a twist collar to release the formula. When I first applied it, I was expecting it to apply on more like a lipstick but it definitely applies like a lip balm! It goes on smooth and makes my lips feel so soft, probably because it’s infused with coconut oil, which it also smells like! 🥥 I love coconut so this is a plus for me. Although the full colour fades and transfers easily, there is a tint left on my lips. I would recommend this to those who’d like to add on some colour but need the moisture of a lip balm.

The first couple of times I tried this I didn’t like it very much, probably because it had way too much product on the sponge! I thought it was messy and hard to apply, especially using a darker tint like Wine Trip like I was using. I found having applying a wash of colour using a very small amount of product on the sponge gave me a really nice result. It applies easily, has a pleasant scent that reminds me of vanilla, and doesn’t dry out my lips because of the added coconut oil. The only thing I don’t like about this lip tint is that it doesn’t last very long, I had to reapply after eating every time and also after an hour or two if I wanted to keep the same amount of colour on my lips. However, I do like the shade Wine Trip and I also like the way it feels on my lips so I don’t mind reapplying more often on days I want to wear this.
