91% OF CHICKS DIG IT
Love the Revlon line--esp the top speed polishes. They've really improved their selection lately, but I find it chips quite easily.
I was really disappointed in this minty green cream finish nail polish, especially because I'd heard such good things. It looks beautiful in the bottle but application (for me) was terrible. It went on incredibly streaky and uneven; it took 3 coats to get it to look acceptable. After it had been drying for awhile (30 minutes) I noticed that there were little bumps/bubbles appearing all over my nails, covering every single nail. This is annoying and happens to me occasionally (though never with OPI Nailpolishes) but never on every nail!
The bubbles may have happened because I didn't let the polish dry enough between coats. It is cheap so if you really like the colour and think you can prevent the bubbles from happening (I heard putting nail polish in the fridge helps) I would try this out. For me though it was too streaky and I'm sure the bubbles would happen again because I did let it dry for a good ten minutes between coats. A very high maintenance nail polish - takes a long time and a lot of unnecessary work to make it look decent.
I purchased the "Red hot Tamale" colour and I went through the bottle in about2 weeks, the colour wears off very very very quick! and it takes forever to dry! But I must say, The colour is sexy!
This nail polish was only okay to me, I found that it chipped probably in the first day that I wore it after doing typical routines, the colours all look very impressive in the bottle but I also found that during application I had to put several coats for darker colours to appear, considering I am a huge fan of deep reds, the lighter colours obviously require less coats, but still more then I approve of, although the Revlon nail polishes that supposedly smell good such as "Sublime Strawberry" do actually smell like strawberries ! Which is really impressive. Overall I would not recommend this nail polish for long wear, but if you plan on wearing it for a day, then they have a very vast amount of colours to choose from.
