Healthy Delicious Lunch solution under 30 seconds

This is the perfect solution for a lunch that can be made in under 30 seconds. Just crack open a can and place it on lettuce, add some olive oil and red wine vinegar...Boom! Satisfying. Healthy. And sooo tasty.

I also liked the feature of being able to track where and how the tuna was caught. This should be mandatory.

Convenient to eat

This is convenient to eat! And it has a good amount of tuna, but I think it is lacking some spices? I mixed in some hot sauce and ate this with some crackers and it tastes good! - Product gifted by Rio Insalatissime.

Surprisingly Filling Lunch

I really enjoyed how easy this was to grab when I needed a quick lunch. I ate it straight from the can, which made it perfect for a busy day without having to prepare anything. The tuna tasted fresh, and the couscous mixed with the chickpeas, peas, and tomatoes gave it a nice balance of texture and flavour. It was satisfying without feeling heavy, and with 16 g of protein plus fibre, it actually kept me full until dinner. I also like that it’s made in Italy and doesn’t contain preservatives. This is definitely something I’d keep on hand for work lunches or when I’m short on time.

Great for on the go

I enjoy tuna and this was a new way to enjoy it on the go. I could tell how fresh yet simple the ingredients were and I feel comfortable to feed this to my family.
