Effective Nasal Drops
This is perfect whenever you are snotty. Just spray and no mess and no clean-ups. It is extremely portable and I can store it in my purse all the time and just take it out when required.
Must-have for infants during the dry winter months
I had been looking for a dropper-style saline nasal solution to use on my infant, but was having a hard time finding a solution that wasn't a spray-style bottle and that was also recommended for kids of just a few months' age. These nasal drops from Salinex fit the bill exactly.
The bottle has more than enough volume to last a winter season and the ingredients list is simple and uncomplicated.
The applicator is a classic eye-dropper, which made it very easy to "insert" or drop the recommended 4 drops per use into each nostril of my four month old's nose. I would then move my finger around the outside of each nostril, pressing down, to make sure the drops were distributed on the inside. When I was using them for general moisture, I would leave it as-is; if I was using them to clear his nose, I then followed up with a nasal aspirator. I found this much easier to use than a spray-style bottle, which I worried about over-inserting or spraying too high into my son's nasal passage. However, putting anything into his nose is a challenge, so even getting this eye-dropper in there was tricky. I appreciated that I could just quickly squeeze a few drops out if he was getting too squirmy.
I found that the drops helped in adding moisture to his nose and loosening up drier and crustier mucus that was stuck inside, particularly in harder to reach areas. This also helped clear his nose before bed, leading to less noisy breathing/snoring and he seemed more comfortable, as well. As a result, I've been using it on a semi-regular basis, not only in the case of illness. I think this is a must-have for the rest of the winter months, when the harsh, dry, cold air really does a number on any adult's nose, let alone an infant's.
Every parent must buy this for cold & flu season!
I have been buying these drops for years and always buy one for each of my 3 kids in the fall to have on hand. The applicator is very easy to use although you do end up touching the child’s nose with it hence why I by separate ones for each of my kids. This helps so much when they have a stuffy nose to clear out the mucus, help them breathe better and dry up all the snot. And if they do have dried snot around their nose, I soak a qtip in the nose drops and clean up around their nose. It melts everything away and is painless for them. Every parent needs this product in their medicine cabinet and I even buy the spray version for my older children.
Awesome stuff
This product works wonders and it's also very easy to use. No hassle no mess and actually works wonderfully. My baby can breath better through the sinuses
Low ingredient!
Was happy to read the ingredient list on this product before using and finding it was quite short. Using these seemed to make an improvement and I will continue to use saline drops for my child. Makes me want to find adult version for myself!
Gentle and helpful for stuffy noses
I used this when my baby had a stuffy nose, and it really helped. It feels gentle and didn’t irritate at all. Easy to use and good to have on hand, especially during dry weather or colds. I will definitely keep this in our child care kit.

Nasal Drops for kids under 3
Yes, very effective relief of stubborn runny nose and congested throat pain. I used Salinex Nasal Drops for children and infants the holidays as my children were doing so good.
Helps with loosening up mucus
I received Salinex Infant Children Drops. It has been very helpful for relieving my child’s nasal congestion.
The saline formula is gentle and safe, making it suitable for infants and young children. It helps loosen mucus and makes breathing easier, especially during colds or dry weather.
I appreciate that it’s non-medicated and no strong scent from the saline solution, so I feel comfortable using it regularly without worrying about side effects. The dropper is easy to use and allows for accurate dosing, which is important when giving anything to a child.
The down fall you have to clean it properly after each use or else there will be cross contamination between the dropper and the bottle of solution.
So using alcohol wipe is highly recommended after each use.
I love this nasal saline drops!
I have twins and I use this nasal saline drops on both. They tolerate it very well. Babies got sick and had a bad congestion this helped them A LOT! I would use the dropper wait a couple minutes then suck the snot with a bulb. It helps dissolve the mucus and clear their nasal passage. I love it.
