I love the idea of a do it yourself gel manicure.
However, I felt limited in my color choices.

I ended up going with a neutral off-white color and found the polish required a couple coats.
Pretty typical for a light color I suppose.
I did find it a little bit thicker than some of the other polishes out there but it did dry quite quickly.

Only got about 3-4 days out of it before it started to crack. Not much different then an actual polish.
Does make my nails stronger though, which is a bonus. I am constantly washing my hands at work.

I really loved the colour options available for this product. They're fun, trendy and youthful. The polish applies well and was easy to use. It was a good consistency and wasn't too watery or thick. Both the colour and top coat dried quickly, but I didn't get a weeks worth of wear from this product. It lasted me about 3.5 days before little cracks started to appear (due to the top coat, I'm assuming). I'd wear this again simply because of the coverage and quick dry time, but I won't be expecting ultra long wear.

Definitely better than your regular nail polish - gives shellac-like results for a fraction of the price. Dries really quickly and top coat gives your nails a nice shine. Still chips a few days into wear but not as easily or quickly as regular nail polish.

I love all these products, they stay very true to the color without having to use to much.

I use it just simply as a white polish as well as a base coat (it's intended purpose) it works good for those colors you want to show true without becoming too thick

Love Sally Hansen's MIracle Gel Polish and Top Coat! They go on so smoothly and opaque. My favourite colour is Sugar Fix.

This is the best nail polish i have tried yet!, it dries quickly ...and doesnt chip that easy and lasts longer than most.

Found this polish very easy to apply. The top coat helps make it a more professional looking colour and shine. Lasted about a week before getting any chips. Overall, would definitely use again.

I loved my color! It was a bright orange and I kept getting compliments on how professional it looked (even though I did it myself). The dry was quick and it didn't chip.

I know so many people who have had great wear with this nail polish but for me, it chips within a day. I have really weak nails from having fake nails for so long which I think contributes to the chipping. Overall they have great colours and I really like the product, just wish my nails were stronger.
