This soy sauce had a full bodied savoury flavour that was not present in other soy sauce offerings. It would work well as a dipping sauce. This is great for people who have gluten sensitivities, as it is brewed in a traditional way without wheat. Because of this, it does not have the chemical aftertaste that other soy sauces tend to have when they have been processed in an artificial manner.
It is pricier than other offerings, but a little goes a long way.
