Works great for curly hair

I use this brand because it's recommended by "curly girl" hair treatments. My hair tends to be frizzy and unmanageable but using this shampoo and conditioner, and doing the "squish to condish " has really helped. Plus it's cruelty free!

I love this product it left my curls feeling so soft and smelling great this product also works great when paired with the shampoo. At first i was a little suspicious about the price since ut was so high but it was worth it at the end and alot of product comes in the container

I've purchased this conditioner once (before the reformulation) and have also used the new formula. For me there is no difference between the two formulas, the conditioner makes it easy for me to detangle my coily hair and it feels soft after use. It also doesn't leave any buildup on my scalp and make it feel itchy if I accidentally get some on it. I do have some problems with having a dry, flaking scalp and this conditioner does seem to tame it a bit. Overall, the Shea Moisture African Black Soap Balancing Conditioner is a good medium priced buy if you want something to keep your scalp moisturized and itch-free.

I use the raw Shea butter and argan oil leave in conditione. I have curly hair and this works to tame the frizz after a shower. I apply just a little (half the size of the tip of my pointer finger) because more than that leads to crunchy looking hair. It helps add shine to hair and makes it soft. It smells great- kinda reminds me of a food though lol. The best part is the all natural ingredients. It's nourishing because of all the oils and extracts.
