I love my eye pillow, it helps calm my racing mind

Silk Moon weighted 100% Mulberry Silk pillow is amazing. The brand name is Silk Moon and is sold by QE Homes. Formally Quilts Etc. It's a Canadian store. You can only purchase their items in Canada as of now. This little rectangle pillow is heaven sent. I have trouble to just shut down my thoughts and go to sleep. The outside cover is 100% mulberry silk so it's great for skin. It's hypoallergenic, gentle on my skin. The insert is weighted with glass beads which are non toxic unlike the usual plastic ones used in blankets and quilts. It has a polyester fiber fill so the beads don't all shift to one side. The insert is removable so you can wash the outside silk cover. Dimensions are 9"L x5"W and 3" thick. It's OEKO TEX certified, which means there is no harmful substances used when making this. The silk is 19 momme. The only down falls are it does eventually fall off once I start moving around in my sleep and the washing care of the silk.
