I am no health expert that is for sure. I grew up eating this snack and my favorite go to is white cheese flavored popcorn. This is a cheaper alternative compare to Kernals. I think it's better than eating a bag of potato chips. They now come in many different flavors.

The white cheddar Smartfood popcorn is always my go to afternoon snack on days at work that I need something extra special to get through the day. The flavoring is so delicious and I find you get more in a bag for your money when compared to chips. Also they are perfect for work since they are not loud and crunchy like chips.

My only wish is that they were more nutritional. Every day there seems to be more and more healthier popcorn alternatives to this one. Some of them are getting close to being just as delicious too.

I love how soft this popcorn is and that it doesn't leave and lot of kernel shells in your mouth after eating. When I make popcorn at home sometimes I chew on a burnt kernel and I can buy it at my local dollar store for $2, when my friends and I want a shareable snack Smartfood is the number one choice. I like the taste of the white cheddar instead of butter flavored popcorn because it sometimes makes me feel sick. Overall it tastes great, it's cheap, easy to share and is supper addictive.

No matter what party my husband and I host, we always have smart food popcorn! It's always a hit and always gone by the end of the party! I don't think there is much nutritional value but who cares, it's delicious.

Mom and I like eating this after we finish Aqua size. It is not the best snack to have. But there is worse snacks to eat. The popcorn tastes fresh and the cheddar taste is not over powering.

If you love popcorn and white cheddar flavour then this is the popcorn for you. The taste is super yummy and every kernel is coated in seasoning. There hasn't been any un-popped kernels in the several bags I've purchased so it seems you always get what you pay for!

Downside is there seems to be a lot of broken kernels and small peices in the bag. also lots of kernels to get stuck in your teeth.
Upside is the flavor is perfect not too strong. love how it leaves a film on my fingers of the cheese powder i can lick off.

I've never really been a huge fan of popcorn, but I enjoy having smartfood every once in a while. I think it's the creamy white cheddar topping that makes it enjoyable for me. My daughter loves this popcorn as well.

I love this smart pop more than chips,the white cheddar is amazing! You can eat the whole bag and not feel bad. Hopefully they will come out with more flavours someday.
