We bought Special K Protein cereal recently and were both impressed. Flavourful, healthy and not sweet. I would compare it to Kashi, which is more expensive!

I got a coupon for a free box of the Special K Protein Cereal, so I got a box and tried it after a workout. It tasted delicious - way better than I expected a protein cereal to taste - and it kept me full for longer. Being someone who works out regularly, I am always hungry, so it's nice to eat something that tastes great and can keep me full for a longer period of time.
My mom likes to mix it in with her yogurt and some fruit. Great alternative to granola!!

Being a diebetic this cereal is an all in one bowl kinda of thing...couldn't ask for a better cereal. Which is great satisfying and does not
increase sugar intake. I know its is kinda funny but the special K gets lost with all the other goodies just a thought.......

I really like Special K Protein Cereal. I also use it to make peanut butter protein balls and mix it in with my yogurt. This is my number one cereal.
