Good product

I #gotitfree from the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. I normally use a liquid cleanser with a washcloth so facial cleansing wipes are new to me. My mum has been using wipes for years so I was excited to try some myself and see If I want to make the switch.

First off, great scent - nice and light. After use, my skin feels clean and there's no residue. My skin is normally oily by the end of a long day. My skin looks clean after using these wipes so it takes off the oil well. I did break out slightly using this product, but no more that I did before I switched to an anti-acne liquid cleanser. I love that is product is paraben and alcohol free.

While I like the product, I don't think there's enough value-for-money per use and there's too much waste for the environment for me personally. I don't wear a ton of make-up so I found cutting the wipes into quarters and using one of the quarters stretched how long the packet lasts. Overall, if you're willing to invest in wipes, then I'd recommend this product.

Cucumber is Refreshi ng

I want to start my review by saying that yes, I would be willing to buy this product again but I am not rushing out to go grab another pack. I found the cucumber scent to be refreshing and the wipes themselves are gentle enough to use on eyes, which is a huge bonus for me. That said, I find they didn't remove all of the make up on my face (and i don't even use that much make up). I barely use cover up so on the day that I did i chose to use these wipes to take it off before bed. I thought I had got everything but on closer inspection I didn't. I had to almost scrub my face to get it off which is not great for my sensitive skin.

To summarize: I love the convenience and the feel of the wipes, but I personally do not find them to be as effective as other people have said they are.

Doesn't even come close to removing waterproof mascara.

I might like these wipes if it weren't for the fact that they advertise "Removes waterproof mascara" on the packaging. This is the type of advertising that would lead me to buy them as makeup removing wipes, come home, and then be terribly disappointed to find that it does not even begin to remove waterproof makeup.

The smell is fine but not great, and the wipes are very typical "refreshing" wipes. I wouldn't say that these stand out in any way from other brands, and I am unlikely to purchase them because of the false advertising.
