I've had my Sunbeam mixer for over 10 years now. It has taken a beating, since I cook so much. It has never felt like it was going to quit, no matter what I was whipping up.

I bought this hand mixer after the last one I had started acting up on me. I’m especially pleased with the size of the wires that make up the beaters. They’re wider compared to some that have come out over the last few years. Those have very thin wire beaters that are pretty much the same size as a whisk beater attachment. These beaters are the same size as they use to be back in the day. I guess I’m kind of aging myself here, but any how. This Sunbeam hand mixers has 200 watts of power, six speeds, chrome beaters, a soft grip for comfort. Its ergonomically designed open handle gives you a more comfortable grip. It has a bowl and heel rest for stability and it comes in white with gray accents. The Sunbeam hand mixer also comes with a two year warranty; witch is always a nice thing to have. The first time I used it I was mashing potatoes and I couldn’t believe how nice of a job it did and how fast it was. I’m very pleased with my new Sunbeam hand mixer and I’m very happy I have it with all the baking I’ll be doing this time of year. The only thing I didn’t care for was that it didn’t come with a case for storage. I did managed to make it fit in the storage case that came with my old mixer witch saved me some space. If you're looking for a new hand mixer and don’t want to spend a lot of money on one, then I’d recommend you pick up a Sunbeam Hand Mixer. They’re available at these retailers: Home Hardware, Sears, Wal-Mart, Zellers and Truserv Canada Cooperative Inc.
