Great multivitamin

I absolutely like the vitamins.. I feel I am helping my health especially since I have a busy schedule and eat on the fly a lot and might not always be getting what I need in food.. I would highly recommend them.. I feel like I have more energy, I sleep better and look better… thank you for giving me the opportunity to try them free

A good multi with Iron

I’ve struggled with feeling drained, and I truly notice a difference in my energy (and even less hair fall!) when I’m consistently getting enough iron, which this multi provides perfectly. It’s the easiest way to make sure I’m covered every day! Most iron pills cause constipation and discomfort. I take mine with a citrus fruit, and it has been ok so far. I wish the amount of B12 vitamin was lesser. Even on my best eating days, I know it's incredibly difficult to hit 100% of the recommended daily intake for every single vitamin and mineral. This gives me peace of mind.

Just what I need

This was an easy one for me as i I was looking prior to receiving something like this as I have low iron and prone to UTIs.
I now take this with my supper every evening with lots of water.

Best Multi Vitamin for busy women

It is incredibly easy to incorporate Swiss Natural Total One Multi-Vitamin and Mineral for Women into my daily routine. Great for health

First of all it has many great ingredients that my body and brain requires i feel active and take it everyday with my breakfast. Quantity is great and I am more determined about my health because the ingredients I can't eat them everyday as a meal so one is enough for my everyday energy.

It is easy to incorporate these vitamins daily as only one is needed per day, so didn’t need to remember to consume them throughout the day which is nice. The packaging has a lot of the benefits listed out in an easy way to read.

All in one

It’s surprising how many different vitamins can be compressed into one small capsule. After reading through all the details of what’s included, I realized that everything I’ve been taking separately is already in there in good amounts. So taking just one capsule a day should cover your daily vitamin needs.

Ingredients are great but flavour is strong!

This multi vitamin and mineral has all the right ingredients. Unfortunately I just couldn’t stomach the flavour. It was too bitter for me. It also didn’t help that the caplets were pretty big. As a result, getting it down proved to be a big problem for me. If you can stomach the bitterness; it’s definitely worth it!

They made me feel great

I found it easy to remember to take these everyday they are great and easy to swallow I also feel a lot more energized as I take them I will be continuing to take them

I found this product very easy to incorporate in my daily routine, I take other supplements as well and put them in an organized pill box so I just switched my other multivitamin for this one. I’ve noticed that this product seems to be more gentle on my stomach than the other multivitamin that I replaced with this one, this may be due to the clean ingredients or it being gluten free. I feel that this product is definitely doing something beneficial because as I use all of my vitamins I am feeling healthier in my daily life and have noticed that my acne is clearing up; since I struggle with acne I like the fact that this product includes Biotin I believe, Vitamin c and Omega 3 all good for skin. The pill itself is relatively the same size as my other multivitamins but this product does not have the artificial Color like my other vitamin does which I like. Overall I would recommend this multivitamin to anyone, vitamins are important and this vitamin includes many of the daily ones we need without adding artificial ingredients.
