Easy to add to my morning routine. I’m excited to see what this will do to my overall health. They don’t have that odd after taste or cause burps like others. I have decided to switch to this brand as my daily multivitamin and the minerals are an added bonus

Je suis bien contente de découvrir cette multivitamine. Avec la saison des rhumes et des partys du temps des fêtes qui commencent, mon système immunitaire en a bien besoin. Peu de multivitamines contiennent des minéraux comme le zinc et le fer. Celle-ci en contient. Elle est simple à prendre, sans arrière goût. Je la prend le soir avant d'aller au lit. Il m'a été recommandé par mon pharmacien de procéder ainsi pour mieux assimiler le fer entre autre.

Very good set of vitamins in one bottle. I got it for free. Trying them out now and already noticed the difference. The Iron in it is so important for me. Because I have a very low iron. Hopefully it will increase my iron level.
