this multivitamin is so easy to take it smells nice which means you are struggling to take it without smelling it you can hold it in your mouth while pouring a drink as it has a nice flavour i really like the fact it has cranberry and iron to help ladies for something that is definitely needed by us it gives us energy and help us during the aspect of modern life i feel like i am doing something good for myself that i can enjoy taking everyday how is that not a big plus in the all the not so fun life of an adulting
