A great way to get the vitamins your body needs

I received this product Swiss Natural Total One Multi Vitamin & Mineral for Women with Cranberry, Folic Acid and Iron for free for testing purposes, and I have to say I have noticed that I have a bit more energy then usual since I started it. I feel less tired as well probably due to all the different minerals and vitamins packed into this multi vitamin. The pill is on the large side which doesn't bother me but the fact that it has a divot to make it easier to cut it in half should be of help to others. The pill can also cause your urine to be neon yellow but other then that I have not experienced any negative side effects since starting this pill. I usually take mine after lunch since I take other medication in the mornings and you should take them with food and hours after other medication. All in all adding this to your daily schedule is a simple way to boost your energy and provide your body with the vitamins and minerals it may be missing.

Increase in energy

This has been an easy addition to my day. I take it in the morning, and have already noticed a difference. I feel an increase in my daily energy. Unfortunately I reacted to it

Firstly, I experienced bright and intense yellow coloured urine within an hour of taking the multivitamin.

It is a little bit on the bigger size, the coating doesn’t make it slide easier down, that does not affect me, but I can see more sensitive women being discouraged by that as well.

I tried it for two days and decided to stop as I felt my stomach a little uneasy, not strongly upset, drinking with a full glass of water, I had a little bit of bloating.

Convenient if you want multivitamins

It's convenient if you want an all in one multivitamin supplement for women but it gives neon yellow pee for a few hours I believe due to its vitamin B2 and it's a large caplets that may be difficult for some to swallow.
