I’ve been taking Swiss Natural Total One and it’s been a good everyday multivitamin for me. I like that it has essentials like calcium, vitamin C and D, and B vitamins, and that it doesn’t have any preservatives or artificial ingredients. It’s easy to take once a day and feels like a reliable way to support my health, especially on days when my diet isn’t perfect.

I've been trying this for free from Butterly. I don't feel any different and not sure how I'm supposed to feel. But I also have not been taking it long and will keep taking it. It's easy to take I was expecting it not to, like most multivitamins but this went down easy with water.

I haven’t noticed any major changes yet, but I did observe that my urine is a brighter yellow, which is normal with some vitamins. I only started taking it a few days ago and i feel better already, i take it every morning with my breakfast, its great. i totally recommend. I told my mom about it and shes going to have a look into it. Its easy to remember just take it every morning or supper time. just one a day , there's no after taste , no taste at all really.
