Perfect multivitamin for women

It was easy to add this multivitamin to my daily routine. I feel more energized and healthier overall since I started using it. I love that it’s made for women and includes essential vitamins and minerals. It’s a simple but effective addition to my wellness routine.

I received this multivitamin free from Butterly and Swiss Natural in exchange for my honest review, I’ve only been taking this about 1.5 weeks so it’s hard to judge its effectiveness. I am B12 and Vit D deficient and have some arthritis and lower bone density so this product came at a perfect time. I haven’t noticed much difference in my energy levels yet but I’m sure after taking consistently for a month I will see a difference. This multi vitamin does not give me stomach upset but does cause some constipation due to the iron content. Overall a good product that’s fairly easy to swallow with the smooth outer coating.

This has given me more energy and just an overall good feeling that I have been searching for in supplements

Easy and Natural

It can be hard for anyone to eat as many healthy foods as they need, especially in the winter. I like that these vitamins only need to be taken once a day and only one tablet. I do wish I could take it with my other medications. This makes it more difficult to remember. I like that the ingredients are natural and that it has a long list of vitamins and minerals included.

I might or might not buy this bottle

I find that it is easy to incorporate this multi vitamin into my daily routine. I feel that I am doing something positive to protect my health. Considering the list of vitamins in 1 capsules and its its ingredients, I would not stress of how much do I need to eat in food. Only thing I do not like about this product is I wish the capsule's size is smaller; swallowing a big piece is not a happy experience for me.

I was given this product for free in exchange for my honest review - I was very happy to receive this as I have been iron deficient for the last few years and after taking these daily, I feel like I have more energy. I liked that they were easy to take and also weren't hard on the stomach.
