Women's Multi

So far I have really enjoyed taking this multivitamin. It seems to be working well though I have only been taking it for a couple weeks. I love that it has added Iron and folic acid!

Love a lot about it, but it didn’t work for me.

I really like a lot about this multivitamin. It’s an easy to swallow tablet - not too big and doesn’t taste awful. I like the breadth of the vitamins and minerals it contains. I wish it had Biotin for a beneficial impact on hair/skin/nails, but it offers a lot more than other multivitamins. I would find it easy to incorporate into my routine and taking it would feel like a positive step in my own health. Unfortunately, this vitamin did not sit well with me. It caused me to vomit when I took it. I tried taking it right before eating and after eating (it says to take it with food) and could not find a way to stomach it. I was really disappointed in that reaction because I was looking forward to assessing the impact of this vitamin on my daily health. It has a lot of beneficial things and I think it could be great for a lot of people. It just didn’t work for me unfortunately.

Yes, I found it easy to incorporate this multi vitamin into my daily routine. all in one, easy to take every where. I feel I did positive thing for my health .

More energy

I have taken this multi for a week and I love it. I feel more nourished and it helps me have more energy throughout the day.

I am glad I can try and hopefully it helps my skin too

Finally a multivitamin that feels like it was made

Received this product free to try thanks to Butterly. I have not been taking a multivitamin for a few months now. This was very easy to incorporate into my busy daily life. Wanting to make positive changes and stay healthy SWISS made it easy to reach for.

Amazing Multi Vitamin!

This is a great multi-vitamin. These aren't hard on my stomach (like other vitamins I've tried). I also like that they aren't too big and they don't leave a chalky taste in your mouth. I am also so happy to support a Canadian company. I'll continue to purchase these, and would definitely recommend. A+

Complete vitamin for women

This vitamin was easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and because it contains some of the regular vitamins that I was already taking, I was able to cut back on the amount of pills to swallow and just take this one. Even though it’s large, it goes down pretty easily with a drink of water. I feel like taking these contribute to my overall wellness and I feel better knowing if I have an off day with my food choices I am still getting my daily vitamins. It did turn my urine a bright fluorescent color but that is due to the vitamin B2 it contains.
