Better contents

This the first multivitamins that I've seen that has higher contents that other well known brands that I've bought. The name of the vitamins suits imthis brand!

Love the Brand but not sure about the multivitamin

I received this bottle for free to do a product review. I have had many other Swiss Natural products that I loved, but this one worked differently for me. I only had about a week to test it out before submitting a review and the one thing that I noticed was it made my urine neon yellow and made me feel bloated. Not sure if its because its a multivitamin and perhaps I don't need so many supplements, but I think I would prefer taking specific vitamins for my personal needs as oppsed to a multivitamin all at once. I still very much like this brand and will continue to use their products but this one in particular is not for me.

Best multivitamin ever…. This actually helped my body alot. I was going through hairfall and it completely changed my hair texture to the best. Girls hou should not miss this even a single day.

All in One!!

I loved being able to take this as an all in one product. The benefit of it is so incredible for only having to take one tablet a day. I did notice that my body urinated excess out but I bet that means that it absorbed a lot of the rest. Love that the item is pretty clean and is tailored to women.

Not bad

I’ve been taking Swiss Natural Total One Multivitamin & Mineral for Women (with cranberry, folic acid, and iron) for a few weeks now — and I’m genuinely impressed. I feel more energized throughout the day and less drained, even when my schedule is hectic.

The added cranberry and folic acid are a great bonus, and the iron really helps during times when I feel low on energy. The pills are easy to swallow and gentle — as long as you take them with food. One time I skipped a meal before taking it and my stomach was not happy, so now I always make sure to take it during breakfast.

Since using this product Total one Multi vitamins for women for weeks now I can see the big difference between my mood and energy .I noticed that i dont get tired easily and my mood for the day is positive and uplifting.

Great ingredients

This is a great vitamin, it works well and started making me have softer hair almost right away. I love that it has ingredients to help protect against UTI's and there is no dairy as I am lactose intolerant. My only complaint is that you have to take it at a different time than your other medications which is frustrating

Easy to swallow - no aftertaste

I have been looking into taking multivitamins for a while. I'm in my mid thirties and finding it difficult to keep my diet balanced while working and raising a kid.
