Great Multivitamin

This is a great multivitamin that treats the needs of a female body. They are caplets that slide right down, not chalky or bad tasting. I think it’s great that it’s made so naturally with extra minerals added too. Many things in these would not be found in the other mainstream brands on the market. Multivitamins often give me an upset stomach or heart burn, but I can say these didn’t do that to me. I’m excited to continue using them and see how many benefits I will see in my body.

Good multivitam and mineral for women

Really good for women, specially the late 20s , with so many things going on, it keeps the energy going on till 7pm easy. Loved it. I take it around 12pm with my brunch and the effects are there till the next day, i exercise, a cat and a dog mom, a lawyer and so many chores of the house. Makes things easy

For women under 50

Swiss natural TOTAL one Multi Vitamin for Women under 50 packs in Vitamins B,C and D. It is formulated with calcium, cranberries and contains folic acid. This multi vitamin does not contain any wheat, gluten, artificial colours or preservatives! Other brands I have tried have given me a stomach ache. I haven’t had any issues at all while taking this multi vitamin and would recommend other women to give it a try! MAKING healthier choices with a MULTI-VITAMIN

Losing weight isn't easy. I've been on a weightloss journey since January 2025. I've lost 70lbs since then, but was still missing something. Thankfully these vitamins arrived just in time so that I can continue my journey in an even better way. It was super way to incorporate this multi-vitamin into my daily morning routine. These multi Vitamins are a great all in one vitamin for women. Not only does it include essential vitamins, but also cranberry juice ,folic acid and iron supplements that are a great and essential supplement focused on women. The caplets are quite large but there can be split in half for easy swallowing. Overall recommended it

Excellent women’s vitamin!

I was pleased with this product. Firstly, there is a generous amount of vitamins in the bottle as often time bottles need to be much later than the actually quantity inside. Next, I also enjoyed that in addition to all the vitamins it excluded some extras like cranberry. It was great that there was no harsh smell when opening the bottle.

1 Week In And I am Officially Obsessed!

After trying so many different multivitamins that either did nothing or just totally upset my stomach, I finally found the one! I have been using Swiss natural total one for women for a week now and I already feel a difference, more energy, no nausea, and ZERO stomach issues! One of my favourite things about this vitamin is that it contains cranberry, so I do not have to take a cranberry vitamin on the side. As a person who struggle with UTI issues, this has been an absolute blessing, that extra support gives me such a peace of mind. It is also free of preservatives. artificial colours, wheat dairy and gluten, which is huge because my body is super sensitive. I highly recommend you giving this multivitamin a try. Great daily multi vitamin!

After taking this for the last two weeks, I just want to say this is a great multi vitamin for daily consumption. I feel it's got a good dose of different vitamins I need for each day, and is easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I caught a cold just few days prior taking this product, and I believe it really helped me recover faster from the cold. I also like the fact that Swiss Natural's multivitamins do not contain preservatives and artificial colours.

Easy peasy boost

This multivitamin is super easy to incorporate into your daily routine. It's just one simple caplet a day and you're good to go. Unfortunately I don't think I took it long enough to say if it's changed my energy level, whether it was effective or not. I would need to try it out longer. However, the vitamins listed sounds very good as a boost to all your daily needs. The caplet definitely dissolves easily. I recommend to take it with food and water for sure. Not coffee, that was kind of gross. It dissolves very easily! Also, I could tell that it was processed in my body fast so it is efficient. I learned that I don't need B2 - riboflavin as I was peeing radioactive yellow and thought something was wrong with me. Guess what? It's perfectly normal for your vitamins to do that especially because this is all natural!

I do enjoy it but again, I need a bit more time to really say how it effective it is. Thanks for sending this my way to review! :)
