So many great ingredients!

I haven't been taking these long enough to see any effect yet, but I am optimistic! There are so many great things in one caplet. Instead of taking multiple gummies/pills/capsules these have all that I take in one plus more. These were easy to incorporate in my routine as I was already taking some vitamins and just changed to these ones. As I said earlier it hasn't been long enough to notice any changes. Must be taken with food (at least for me). I am very interested in continuing these and see what comes of it. Also, made in Canada. :)

That is great product and looks very complete ingredients. Easy to take after breakfast but I not really like how it tastes. I am started with a week ago and I am felling better.

One a day with Swiss Natural

I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks now and I feel more balanced day to day. I like that it has vitamin B, C, D, plus iron and folic acid - pretty much everything I want in one pill, so it’s easy to stick with.

An essential in my everyday wellness routine!

As a busy woman in her 40s, multivitamins are a non negotiable to my everyday routine. I was recently gifted Swiss Natural's Total One Multi Vitamin and Mineral by @thisisbutterly and this is my honest review in exchange of product.

The packaging is great, has 90 tablets that can last you for 3 months and the vitamins come in a tablet form as shown. The tablets contain cranberry. Folic and iron. There is no inherent flavor to it as such.

I have been consuming these for about a month now and can say that I do not feel any incontinence, constipation or feel bloated the next day as I did with other leading products.

I would recommend this product to everyone who is following a busy lifestyle and juggling work, kids and household. A woman needs to take care of herself inorder to take care of others!

I got the opportunity to the try Swiss natural total one multi vitamin & mineral daily vitamin. I’ve been using these for about a month. They come with all the vitamins and minerals you need in a daily vitamin. It also has cranberry, folic acid and iron. The cranberries pack an antioxidant punch to help boost your immune system. These vitamins are preservative, gluten wheat, yeast and gelatine free.they also have no artificial flavours or colours. Take one a day to keep your body healthy and happy. Some multi vitamins can be hard on my stomach, but I have had no issues whatsoever. #gotitfree

Gave me extra energy!

I’ve been taking the Swiss Natural Total One Women’s Multivitamin & Mineral, and I’ve personally noticed I have more steady energy throughout the day, which makes it easier for me to stay awake and feel motivated to exercise, play with my kids and even study.

I want to love it but..

I have required different supplements throughout my health journey and appreciate that this tablet is an all in one. This supplement has higher content of the most essential elements to help maintain optimal women's health. I found it very helpful than any other brand of multivitamin. I experienced better sleep at night and more energy during the day. Plus there’s no added preservatives, artificial colours, dairy, wheat or gluten. The only downside is I started having eczema after a week of using it so I stopped for a while. I might give it a try again sometime.

A nice all in one multi!

This multivitamin is easy to add in to my routine! As a first time mom still on maternity leave having this supplement I find to help me feel good & ready to tackle the daily demands of motherhood! I appreciate that it is an all in one multivitamin so I feel confident taking it knowing it’s packed with goodness to support me day to day!

This product is amazing!! I’ve been trying to take vitamins but taking so many I just stopped. This has helped me so much with the amount of vitamins and minerals! I highly recommend that you try it. It’s really is an all in one.

This vitamin has everythibg you may be looking for in an all in one. It is easy to swallow and has no aftertaste. It has no smell and is pleasant to take along with your morning routine. You can feel good knowing you are doing good for your body.
