It’s a multivitamin

I’m not sure how to review a vitamin. It’s good. I would switch from my current brand. Easy to swallow caplets. It does have that vitamin taste, but doesn’t last long and it not a bother to me. I really like that it’s made in Canada. I’ve tried other Swiss Natural products and am never disappointed.

Not For Me

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. This is the third product I’ve tried from Swiss Natural and while the first two were great, this one, unfortunately, didn’t work well for me. It made my stomach upset and I had to discontinue taking them. I might have a sensitive stomach. It is worth mentioning that I am also taking two other supplements (that I’ve been taking periodically for about a year so the reaction was new and it might be that the ingredients could’ve been incompatible). Here are some objective pros that I noticed:
-the pill gets very easily broken into halves because of the little groove in the middle. It’s good because the pill is quite big so it’s more comfortable to swallow two smaller pieces.
-the ingredients list has a wonderful variety.
-the caplet doesn't have a bitter aftertaste.
Overall, I wouldn’t purchase this product because of my stomach’s reaction. Would I recommend it? Perhaps not to people with sensitive stomachs. 4 stars because I do believe that other people might benefit from taking this supplement.

the best multi vitamin for me

his is my first time trying this Swiss Natural brand, and I am very pleased. I like that this multivitamin includes cranberry, folic acid, B vitamins and iron that are beneficial for women. The pills are a decent size so they are easy to take. I take one a day as instructed, and it does not make me nauseous. I have been taking these for a week now, and overall I feel it helps with my energy level. I also appreciate that it does not contain preservatives, artificial colours, dairy, wheat or gluten. It is hard to find such a well-rounded multivitamin for women! I would recommend this for women under age 50.

A great natural choice!

I substituted these for my usual brand and had no issues with integration. I love that these have the added bonus of cranberry plus all the other integral vitamins and minerals important for woman's health 💪. I would definitely recommend these to any women in need of a good all around supplement.

The only reason I took off one star is because they smell and taste terrible (but if you wash it down with some juice it eliminates any aftertaste. Daily boost

My family doctor told me to support my hair with iron (plus folic acid and vitamin C), biotin, and a proper diet. The diet part… well, still working on it so I started taking the Total One Multivitamin&Mineral instead. One tablet a day — perfect for someone like me who always forgets the second dose.
About a month later I noticed real changes: my hair started falling out much less, baby hairs are growing in, and I feel way more energetic every day. No nausea, no weird appetite spikes — I just take it with food and feel great.
And yes, the 3-month bottle is a lifesaver. Big thanks to the brand for thinking of forgetful people like me.

Best Women's Multivitamin!

I used to use this vitamin regularly until I was unable to easily find it in stores near me. So when I was given it for review, I jumped at the chance! It is the most complete vitamin for women. I love that it includes cranberry extract for urinary tract health as well! The one piece of advice I can give though is to ensure you take it with food to avoid an upset stomach!

I have taken this product now for almost two weeks and have easily incorporated it into my daily routine! I have it in the evening with a meal and it is nice to know that I am getting my vitamins and minerals in one quick swallow. I adore the fact that it is formulated just for women (with folic acid, iron and cranberry).
One a day! I’m excited to see how my body reacts with long term use of the products!
