Complete Multivitamin

Yes I found this very easy to add to my daily routine I’d take it with my breakfast every morning. Absolutely adding benefits to my health by getting all the vitamins and minerals I need in a day. I found the multivitamin a little bit big in size, did have a slight after taste and at times upset my stomach if not enough food consumed. Overall an excellent vitamin, one stop shop. Love that its natural.

A must for daily boost vitamins for women

I’ve been taking the Swiss Natural Total One Multi Vitamin and Mineral for Women for a good duration now. The pill is on the larger side, but honestly, it doesn’t bother me at all. No weird aftertaste, which is a big plus. It seems to cover the basics; falcium, vitamin C & D, B vitamins, and even cranberry extract. Feels like a convenient way to make sure I’m hitting my daily nutrients without fussing over multiple supplements. Overall, a reliable daily multivitamin.

It has iron in it!

I have been looking for a multi vitamin that is tailored to my age and was happy to review this. The fact that it has iron in it; which I haven't seen is a definite plus.
I like that it's made to help our body metabolize carbs, fats and proteins.
Just a heads up that it will change your urine into neon yellow due to whats in the vitamins. I have started seeing some improved energy and will continue to use for full results.

Simple daily nutritional supplement

I received Swiss Natural Total One® Multi Vitamin and Mineral for Women for free in change of my honest review. I took only calcium tablets before. Since receiving this product, I only need to take one pill each day to get nearly all my essential daily nutritional supplements. How convenient! Plus, the granules of this product are smaller than regular calcium tablets, making them much easier to swallow. I've always been in good health, so honestly I haven't noticed any changes from this product. I have been taking this multivitamin for almost 2 weeks now. I like the fact that there are no artificial flavors, sweeteners, colours and preservatives. I take one pill daily with my lunch. I trust the product because of it's name and and that I am confident that I am doing something positive for my health and for my well being !

I had an allergic reaction but my sister loves em!

I took this multi vitamin for four days and started to get really itchy and i broke out in hives so i stopped taking them but my sister started taking them and she loves them! They’ve had her hair seem healthier in just a couple days and her skin is glowing so if you’re not allergic to anything give these a try!

I have started taking these multivitamins. After you turn 30 it's better to take multivitamins, your body needs them. It may offer modest benefits if your diet or lifestyle is imperfect (which for many of us is often the case). Doesn't taste great but great benefits

I have been taking the Swiss Natural Total One women's multi vitamin and mineral for about a month now and while I don't really love the taste (cranberry) the one thing I have noticed is my energy level seems to be up a bit. I do like that this has everything in one that I may need (vitamin B's, C, D and E along with calcium,folic acid and iron) and many others. I'm a diabetic and it's very important for me to find a vitamin with no artificial sweeteners so this is a great option along with no artificial flavourings or preservatives. I'm also a very busy person so getting everything I need in one capsule and taking it just once a day is super convenient for me!

I got the chance to try the Total One by Swiss Multi Vitamin and Mineral and I loved it. This specially caplet is super easy to use, even if it's a super rush morning. Just one caplet, and I've got everything I need! I'm 44 years old, and I appreciate that it helps me maintain my health, as a woman. I've had a few accidents and got some bones fractured last year, so the fact that its got calcium in need is super comforting for me. It also has cranberries, yes girl, you know it, and everything else I need.
