Great multivitamin for women

I enjoyed using this multivitamin by Swiss Naturals. I wanted to give it some time to work before I submitted a review. I have been taking this multivitamin daily after eating dinner and I find it is effective. I do not have any side effects from using this vitamins with the exception of it turns your urine very flourescenr yellow I assume from excreting the additional vitamins from the body. It doesn’t give me any stomach problems either. I will continue to use these vitamins as they have been giving me the vital vitamins and minerals I am lacking. Thanks Butterly for the opportunity to try a great product like this one!

Great Multi Vitamin

I found it easy to add it to my morning routine. I noticed you must take this with food or it’ll upset your stomach as it did mine. But once I had it with food I felt very positive of going forward with my health!

Really is the TOTAL ONE!

I take other medications before bed, so I have incorporated this multivitamin into my daily morning routine with my breakfast, since it is recommended to take with food, getting my day started on the right track! This product is easy to swallow, going down smoothly with water. After taking it consistently for a few weeks now, I feel a positive difference in my overall health, especially noticeable in my daily energy levels. A huge plus is that it contains iron, which tends to be difficult to find in a multi-vitamin. I suffer from low-iron deficiency, and after a recent physical with my family doctor, she advised me that my iron levels/bloodwork were at great levels - something I'm definitely attributing to taking Swiss Natural Total One!

Great overall vitamin

First, the pill is really big, which can be a very difficult thing especially if you’re somebody like me who already has a hard time swallowing little pills. The really nice thing is, though it is really total care specially for women. It has a little bit of iron to help support that and has all kinds of other really good vitamins in it that just makes you feel better and taking care of your body better it doesn’t have any weird taste. Doesn’t upset your stomach overall I would recommend it if I could.

First of all, I don’t take any vitamins… and the Total One Women from Swiss Natural changed my game. As a woman with a career, I know how important it is to show up everyday in my best self and that means I need to take care of myself more. Great woman’s multivitamin without the nausea

I've been taking the "Swiss Total One" brand women's multivitamin for about a month now, and overall, I'm quite pleased with the results. It's a reliable, no-nonsense vitamin that delivers a noticeable, albeit subtle, boost to my daily energy and overall wellness. It doesn't promise a miracle cure-all, and it doesn't pretend to be one.
The Good:
Noticeable Energy Levels: Within a week of consistent use, I felt a slight lift in my usual afternoon slump, which is a major plus.
Comprehensive Formula: The ingredient list is extensive and well-rounded, covering all the bases you'd expect from a quality women's multi (iron, calcium, Vitamin D, etc.). It feels like a complete nutritional safety net.

Great multivitamin

I received these multivitamins through Butterly and tried it everyday for a few weeks. The packaging is sturdy and easy to open, though I would've liked a more secure cap to keep them out of reach of children, even though I store them away high in a cabinet. The pills are a chunkier size, but they're smooth and easy to take with water. They have a slight herbal scent and taste but nothing that really bothers me. I really enjoyed them.

This time of year can be hectic.
