I’m not good at remembering to take multiple supplements so this is very convenient to have all the vitamins I need in one! I have started to take it every day at breakfast because it is recommend to take with food. I feel good about adding a daily vitamins to my routine to make sure I am keeping myself healthy during cold & flu season and the holidays when I am not always making the healthiest food choices!
