Good wholesome effective product

A great multi-vitamin. These aren't hard on stomach (like other vitamins) and we are happy to support a Canadian company. It has the minerals and the B vitamins that women need, and it doesn't' have the garbage non medicinal ingredients that most products have. The price is good, would definitely recommend.

Seems like a great multivitamin!

I was a bit skeptical of these vitamins when i opened the bottle. I’m fairly sensitive to smell, and I could smell these right away. Not bad, just different. The good news is that when you are taking them 1 at a time, no smell can be detected. They are a medium sized pill. I had no issues with the size and I just added this to the list of my other medications. There was no after taste and no other issues! This was an easy way to eliminate taking several different vitamins each day!

It has everything my body needs

I found it easy to incorporate this multi vitamin into my daily routine. I take out in the am with my coffee each day.Its a positive improvement to my body and health. Great all in one multi vitamin

I've been taking Swiss Natural Total One Multi Vitamin and Mineral for Women every morning for a few weeks now. I've been taking it after I have my breakfast. I like that it doesn't contain preservatives. The supplement is easy to take and it's an easy way to incorporate vitamins and minerals into my daily routine.

Complete formula

What I appreciate about this multivitamin is that it’s very complete, with cranberry, beta caroten, etc. It feels like it covers many needs of women. I feel confident it supports my health. I also appreciate that there’s no after-taste.

Very easy to incorporate into my routine. I take it at night, as it also has iron in it so I avoid taking it with milk or tea.
Very easy to swallow and makes me feel relaxed as I know I’m getting all the essentials in my body.

I always worry if I get the right amount of vitamins and minerals though my diet, now I no longer need to worry Swiss natural Total One provides me all I need with a daily tablet a day. Multivitamin pill once a day

I received the Swiss Natural Total One Multivitamin & Mineral for Women and have started taking a pill a day in the morning as part of my routine. It’s a simple one-a-day vitamin, which makes it easy to remember and stick with.
I like knowing it helps cover the basics, especially on days I know when my diet isn’t perfect. I do find that pill is a bit on the larger side, but I just take it with more water.

It is the first multi vitamin that smells great

I was actually pleasantly surprised that this multi vitamin smelled so pleasant, it smells like yogurt and not a regular multivitamin smell like most have. Now it is very large so many people may have an issue getting it down so my suggestion is they may need to crush and it down to take with yoghurt or in a drink. Otherwise it seems to be sitting well with my stomach.
