Tara Road was an emotional journey for the main character of this book. What an amazing story to tell, full of shocking surprises and unexpected twists along the way. A few returning characters that life in this lovely part of the world. The characters come to life in this book and you feel for them and share their pain and triumphs. I find that Maeve Binchy has a gift of storytelling and a passion for human nature. After each book I want more and have many questions that unfortunately will never be answered because dear Maeve has passed away. You will enjoy the characters in this book and at times cheer them on or hate them intensely. A wonderful and worthwhile read.
