This tea is soo delicious! I love the perks of drinking green tea, but I often find it to have a bitter after taste (I don't ever add sugar or milk to my herbal teas). The ginger in this tea gives it a really nice flavour, and takes the sting out of any possible bitter taste. And, when I have a sore throat, adding a bit of honey to this tea creates a very soothing remedy.
