Like all Body Shop products, this scrub smells good enough to eat. Other than that, it's okay, but I don't find it to be exceptional. I have tried other scrubs that left my skin super smooth, and this one does not. I'm not crazy about the large size of the grains in it, either...they feel like their going to leave scratches (although they don't, of course). I won't throw it out, but I won't go out of my way to buy it again either. If there was a choice in between "You Betcha" and "Fuggedaboudit" (like, "Yeah, okay") I would have chosen that.
this is def on my top 10 fav's I love thew way it makes my skin feel and not to mention the smell.. mmmmm
I love how this scrub leaves my skin feeling so smooth, and the smell is divine!! I have tried many scrubs but this is by far my absolute fav!
I nominate this product to be the #1 product for those prone to dry skin (thanks winter). Around this season, you should be moisturizing like crazy, but if you're able to splurge and spend $20 on Body Shop's Body Scrub, I highly recommend it!
It's amazing to use in the shower after you've done all done your regular shower duties and you want to exfoliate. I do it once every week and use it for my elbows, arms, feet, legs, basically the body parts most prone to dry skin.
They also come in a variety of great smells, such as cherry, grapefruit, shea butter and if you're a regular Body Shop customer you know that the smell lingers after the shower, making you smell amazing!
I absolutely love the body scrubs from the body shop!
They are all a little bit different (some are not as scruby as others) but they all do an excellent job of exfoliating and they leave your skin super smooth and lightly scented. I would definitely recommend!
While using my Body Shop card, I was able to get a small $9.00 jar of the body scrub free, after spending so much. I'm really glad that I picked it up because it makes my skin so nice and soft afterwards. It really helps to lock in that soft feeling by using your favourite body lotion after your shower. I like the smaller size because it's good for travel, but I don't think it's going to last me a very long time!
The body shops body scrubs are absolutely fabulous! my favorites are coconut and cocoa...depending on the kind you get, there are different textures...some are more creamy with small exfoliating beads and others are more like a body salt scrub. I find they are so great on dry skin and leave me feeling cleansed with a fresh scent. The best thing to do is apply the scrub before you get in the bath and then rub it in once your in the tub. It's cheaper than going to the spa and still leaves you feeling rejuvenated!
