Lightweight, yet buildable!

I love this foundation. The packaging is sleek and the foundation comes in a pump bottle, which I love! A couple pumps goes a long way. I apply this with a damp beauty blender, and sometimes just my fingers. The texture of this foundation is super light (kind of watery), but gives me a nice medium coverage which is what I am going for everyday wear. It is buildable which is nice if you want something with more coverage. This foundation does not emphasize any dry patches, so people with dry skin can definitely use this. The colour range for this foundation is great, there is ample colours to choose from and also blend to get the right colour for you. Another great thing about this foundation is the incredible price point. I will definitely be buying this again once I run out.

The Ordinary High Coverage Foundation - not ideal for me

Based on how much I love all of the ordinary serums I really wanted to love the foundation. But my skin is just too dry to work with the formula. I loved the feeling of it on my skin. Spread very nicely. Loved the dropper format and the price is unbeatable. I also enjoyed how some colours of like silver or gold highlights in them. But alas this just wasn’t for me.

What a surprise!

I've been using The Ordinary Serum Foundation for over 2 weeks and despite several negative reviews, I have to say I love this foundation! My skin tends to be dry, although after serum, a good moisture foundation and sunscreen, I find the coverage light and natural looking. Coverage does not stay all day, although not many light coverage foundations do. Another The Ordinary to top my favorites list!

My go to daily foundation

I always reach for this as it is light and blends well into my skin. I use a stippling brush to do a quick and thin application which takes me about one minute or less. Because it's a serum formulation, the foundation doesn't make my skin look flaky. After using this for a few months, I still have about 50% of the bottom remaining. You don't need to use too much to apply onto your skin.

Great extremely inexpensive foundation

This foundation is absolutely amazing!! It has amazing coverage and blends so nicely. You only need to apply one coat for it to do it's job. Comes in a wide variety of color's

I have pink undertones. It’s usually difficult to find foundations that aren’t too yellow. This product has a wide range of shades.

Best Foundation ever!

I love this foundation. This feels so great when I put it on my face. This not only covers my imperfection easily it doesn't cause any cakiness or other foundation problems. This foundation is also really affordable and easy to find in Toronto. I definitely recommend trying this.

Great, affordable serum foundation

This foundation is great to use on an everyday basis. It's light and doesn't feel oily even after being on all day. The 'high coverage' is enough to even out any blemishes and my skin tone in general, with the serum formula allowing it to be lightweight. The Ordinary has a great selection of colour tones to suit many skin types which is amazing too. An affordable and great product. Would definitely recommend.

A decent light coverage foundation

I ordered the 2 lightest shades of this foundation in the neutral tones and they are both pretty close to my skin tone; it's a fairly sheer formula so I will likely wear them both. I think these will be a go-to in the summer because of the lightness of the serum as well as the drier, matte formula. This foundation did have a 25,000 person wait list before it even launched and it retails for about $7.00 but it is now a little easier to get a hold of.

Beats most at this price

The most attractive part about this foundation is the price. It works better than most foundations at this price. The finish of this is relatively matte - it absorbs into the skin. It is very lightweight, and is light to medium coverage. It does not mix well with any other foundations however, but mixes well with the coverage foundation. The product does separate, and so shaking before using is a must. The shade range is amazing for the price - and the inclusion of cool, neutral and warm tones is great. If you can, I would recommend going into a DECIEM and swatching, but if you can't, they have a 365day return policy - also the price is less than $7.
