More than just relationships

This book is both very technical and logical.

As a woman, I found it to actually be beneficial with respect to general self confidence for not only dating, but for making friends and just being socially unawkward.

There are also sections on health and working out, and even money matters.

So overall, it's a good overall well being book for those of us who lack some social skills, and want to brush up on being the best version we cab be.

There is a lot of technical jargon and cheesy pick up lines, but overall, I found it to be an interesting read.
