I gave this show a thumbs up, however I wouldn't buy it, and I probably wouldn't watch the show again.
I did watch random episodes years and years ago, when they were aired, and its not recommend for a younger audience.

There were parts of the show that was funny, dumb blond funny, that made me laugh out loud, but after watching so many shows I found it became predictable in that I can almost tell what shenanigans Paris/Nicki would get themselves into.

I also wondered a few times how scripted it was.
