I always homage a bunch of spices in hand and this brand of onion powder is by far my favourite. I think that this particular onion powder is very flavireful and has a bold taste of onion and others I have tried have been a little bland. I find this very helpful to cook with because I have a few family members that don't like to have chunks of actual onions in meals so I will use this onion powder instead.
