I now understand why the Aussies were so proud (and so defensive) about their Tim Tams. These biscuits were absolutely delicious and addicting. Real milk chocolate that coated two biscuits that sandwiched a chocolate creme - and with the addition of caramel? These are no longer cookies. These just as good as any other chocolate bar out there - though perhaps a little more dignified to serve to guests.

My complaint was the size of the package. Don't they realize that people need more Tim Tams than that???

Since working with a lot of Australians, I've understood their obsession with these cookies. They are sooo good! This flavour and dark chocolate are y favourite, although there are tons of different flavours but we don't get them in Canada.
