Did it go bad!?

I noticed the tooth paste was abit on the runny side. As my daughter kept using it, it seemed to become more runnier. I finally decided to open it up and take a look for myself and noticed the tooth paste had completely turned to liquid so I had to toss it. Complete waste of money.
