Twilight by Stephenie Meyer Reviews
#4 in Books

Description

Isabella Swan's move to Forks, a small, perpetually rainy town in Washington, could have been the most boring move she ever made. But once she meets the mysterious and alluring Edward Cullen, Isabella's life takes a thrilling and terrifying turn. This is the the 1st book in the Twilight Saga.

This was my favorite book when I was like 14. I read all the books maybe 5 times! Definitely targeted for young people. I don't think I would enjoy it as much now as an adult.

I was unsure about this series as I don't usually read vampire books but a friend suggested I read it. I am so glad I did as I fell in love with the characters, story line, writing style, and imagery the books projected !!! I have since watched the movies and liked them as well but the books were better !!

Ok. I admit. I read this book. I read the whole series, in less then a week. I won't even tell you how many times I have read it again since! I find it a good book to just get lost in when you need an escape from reality.

I read this book when it very first came out and I really liked it. I find there is just too much hype around it now so people go in with way too high expectations.

The books were actually quite well written. Do not judge them based on the movie. I found the first one to be the best in the series. Quite a lengthy read, but you get into it and don't notice

It is an alright book/story with an decent amount of world-building. The conversations as they are written could use a little work. A run of the mill young adult book.

Everyone says these books suck, and as I read them again now they do, but for a younger teenager I think they're interesting to read, for that particular age group. Now when I read them though they are kind of stupid, but I think a younger teenage audience would find them a bit more interesting.

Vampire novels are my genre, love them. But I didn't start reading this series till after the first movie came out. It's worth the read when you're trying to relax and don't want to read something heavy.

I read this book when I was about 15 and I really enjoyed reading it at that age. Would I enjoy reading it today? Probably not because I am older and not into that whole vampire and warewolf phase anymore. I would definitely reccomend it for young girls to read because I loved this series when I was young! It's a very easy read.

I don't care what anyone says this series got a lot of people, children and adults into reading. I like this seres and I liked the movies. Yes they did't have much substance but they were good reads. Also this is what 50 Shade of Grey in based on FYI (fan fiction at its greatest).
