received this email product for my honest review from #butterly I had a tension headache this morning and with only one tablet I got relief. In each one there are 500mg acetaminophen and 65mg caffeine. The combination is amazing for headaches!

Great for headache relief. Used it for a persistent pain and it relieved it. I also had my s daughter use it for a pain in her back that she had from cheer practice and it helped her as well

Fast relief

From a mom of 3 young boys I would definitely recommend this Tylenol. It was easy to swallow and worked in no time. I love my kids, but they are loud. So far this has been the best relief that I have gotten and only with one pill. It also doesn't get stuck in my throat when I take it. I am definitely going to be making sure I always have this in my medicine cabinet.

Actually helped a migraine.

I get migraines all the time. And nothing usually helps. I was shocked when I took this and less than 30 minutes I had only a bad headache. After an hour it was tolerable. They were easy to swallow as well. Would highly recommend these for anyone with a migraine.

I USE TYLENOL FOR MOST PAIN RELATED ISSUES, BUT THIS ULTRA RELIEF OFFERS A LITTLE EXTRA. AND MUCH QUICKER. I NOTICED FROM THE FIRST DOSE THAT MY PAIN STARTED TO FADE QUICKER AND AFFECTIVELY. IT WAS NICE HAVING ALMOST INSTANT RELIEF INSTEAD OF WAITING 30-45 MINUTES. BE MINDFUL, THERE IS CAFFEINE IN IT, SO BEFORE BED IS NOT RECOMMENDED. BUT GREAT TO GET ME THROUGH THE WORKDAY. WILL KEEP SOME IN STOCK IN OUR HOUSEHOLD.

What a relief. Such an amazing medication. This has been a solution to my headaches and migraines! I love it. Takes a about half hour to work and than bye bye headache. What a relief.
