For years I had a very heavy flow and could never find a pad that worked at night the way the kotex u works.
I have never had a problem with leaking since I started using them and I find them a lot more comfortable than a lot of other pads.
The night time ones are great and the heavy flow for the day work amazing as well. Since I started using these I don't buy any other brand of pads

I am a person who has a very heavy flow and has a hard time finding a pad that will move with my body as well as keep me protected and this pad does the trick... Also with the nice cotton it is made of it doesnt rub in your inner thighs like some you buy that make you sore by the time you are done your period... With these pads you can have a happy period, well as happy as you can be during that time of the MONTH LOL

What a waste of money....purchased for the length and safety of wings (Have to protect the private unmentionables)...and was sorely disappointed when not even on a heavy night I awoke to an embarrassing mess.

Tried them during te day and they made me feel uncomfortable and unsure all day..
