I purchased this after the pharmacist recommend it.
It works! I often suffer from sleepless nights, sometimes I just cant turn my brain off and I need assistance.
The extra-strength gel formula is the best for me, I take it and climb into bed with a book, within a half an hour I am switching off the light and I get a full 6-8 hours of sleep/

It would definitely work better for me if I wasn't an insomniac. But it does work great I take one and it does keep me asleep all night long which is nice so I'm not waking up all night long.

I've had to take Unisom on some occasions to fall asleep. It did put me in dreamland, but I'm always afraid I won't wake up. I only take 1 pill, but I still feel a little groggy in the mornings, but it doesn't last long.

I Have insomnia and have tried lots of prescription sleep aids this is an over the counter medication IT works great it gives me a full 8-10 hours of sleep highly recommended.
